Pentre Group Cylindrical Barreled Delivery Spools have a high tensile strength and excellent flange rigidity, which gives a high degree of accuracy – essential when winding finer gauges of wire.

Suitable for use across a wide range of products including:

  • Bare copper
  • Aluminium
  • Magnet
  • Special alloys
  • Stainless steel
  • Monofilaments
  • Fine wires
  • Insulated wires

Reels are as standard manufactured from ABS Recycled Industrial Black, other material available on request. All reels are designed and developed in conjunction with the IEC 60264-2-2 standard along with customers, end users and machine manufactures.

In this way Pentre are able to offer reels which correspond to the precise requirements of the application and process.

Please note: Reels are on line inspected for dimensional accuracy and reel mass only.

  • Various bore sizes available
  • Heavy Duty 355 DWF (Double Walled Flange) available for demanding applications
  • Other materials are available on request
