Objective

Moderate/Hard

  • This is a tough challenge, on par if not harder than the National 3 Peaks Challenge.
  • Day One will be tackling the first 5 summits of the challenge, and will encompass some steep scree ascents and an ascent up a gully.
  • The second day is less strenuous allowing a good rest break between summits as we are required to be transported between Skiddaw and Helvellyn. Well pathed routes throughout, some scree ascents and a boulder field crossing.
  • It’s imperative that you do cardio training for this event several months prior, and if you can get in to the hills then this is the best form of training.
